Standardized backend terminology from flights to operations, modularized project and test structures, and migrated timesheet processing logic from Pandas to Polars, significantly improving performance, memory efficiency, and scalability of operational analytics.
Delivered the first production-ready CCS application using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and a CloudFront + S3 deployment pipeline. Established the baseline UI architecture, routing, core data surfaces, and CI/CD workflows required to scale the platform throughout 2025.
Recovered transformation logic directly from AWS Glue production jobs and rebuilt the BI platform using Infrastructure as Code. Implemented CloudFormation-managed Glue jobs, crawlers, workflows, triggers, and Data Catalog resources, and standardized a Bronze–Silver–Gold architecture feeding Redshift and Athena—transforming Glue from a manual console workflow into a versioned, auditable, reproducible data platform.
Implemented structured service assignment schemas, validation rules, and endpoints, enabling formal and extensible linkage between technicians, services, airlines, and operational context.
Refactored data access, filtering, and UI layers to support dynamic company and station selection, improving query reuse, performance, and analytical flexibility across multiple operational entities.
Introduced a Cognito-backed API Security platform with bearer authentication middleware and normalized role-based access control models, enabling consistent authorization across AISG services.
Delivered the major CCS expansion: advanced multi-parameter filters, interactive capability maps, API-driven content, and automated email workflows. Integrated Google Analytics/Tag Manager and Open Graph metadata to support measurable adoption, sharing, and SEO readiness—positioning CCS as AISG’s central customer-facing portal.
Designed and implemented a modular FastAPI backend integrated with MSSQL on AWS RDS, Cognito-IDP authentication, and core operational entities. The architecture established the foundation for AISG’s operational systems and enabled future extension using DynamoDB and S3 for document storage, references, and auxiliary data.
Expanded backend services with monitoring endpoints, normalized schemas, and operational state abstractions, enabling real-time visibility and lifecycle tracking across stations.
Integrated pytest, Postman collections, and GitHub Actions workflows, transforming backend services into test-validated, continuously integrated systems with reproducible deployments.
Delivered the first analytics platform for operational timesheets, rankings, and summaries, combining optimized MSSQL queries with Python-based data transformations and visualizations, exposed through an authenticated Streamlit application.
Implemented the Flight Sync Lambda using the Serverless Framework and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, enabling autonomous, multi-environment synchronization of flight data across AISG systems.
Created CloudFormation templates and Bash automation to replicate and manage Cognito user pools, automate bulk user migration, overcome AWS console limitations, and apply AISG branding to the Cognito Hosted UI.
